Full-Time - Payer Innovation and Alliances Director

Role Overview We are seeking a Director to lead our Payer Modernization Organization, focusing on developing, selling, and delivering technology-enabled healthcare strategy and transformation services. Key Responsibilities Lead high-performing teams across process, technology, and analyticsDemonstrate expertise in payer, provider, or PBM operations and serve as a subject matter expert in transformation projectsSupport new business development through relationship building and project proposalsManage project performance, budgets, and issue resolution to ensure quality deliveryContribute to thought leadership and expand service offerings Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of eight years of consulting or executive experience in the health payer industryDeep understanding of healthcare reform, value-based care, medical management, and operational efficiencyProven success in leading large transformation projects with complex budgets and stakeholder engagementStrong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skillsAbility to travel extensively and work independentlyAuthorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
