Full-Time - Payer Innovation and Alliances Director

About the role

This position involves leading healthcare transformation initiatives within a dynamic advisory practice. The Director will develop, sell, and deliver technology-enabled strategies, oversee high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics, and demonstrate expertise in payer, provider, or PBM operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of healthcare transformation projects.
• Manage diverse teams, ensuring quality delivery and project success.
• Build and maintain relationships to support business growth and new opportunities.
• Contribute to thought leadership and service offerings in healthcare transformation.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum eight years of consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry.
• Deep understanding of healthcare reform, value-based care, and operational efficiency.
• Master's degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience leading large transformation projects with complex budgets and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
