Full-Time - Payer Innovation and Alliances Director

Role Overview Seeking a Director to lead the Payer Modernization Organization, focusing on developing, selling, and delivering technology-enabled healthcare strategies and transformation services. Key Responsibilities Lead high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics functions.Demonstrate expertise in payer, provider, or PBM operations and serve as a subject matter expert on transformation projects.Support new business development through relationship building and proposal efforts.Ensure quality delivery via project management, budget oversight, and issue resolution.Contribute to thought leadership and service offering development. Qualifications & Skills At least eight years of consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry, with a strong understanding of healthcare reform, value-based care, and operational efficiency.Master’s degree from an accredited institution.Proven experience leading large transformation projects, managing complex budgets, stakeholder engagement, and navigating regulatory issues.Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel extensively.Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This role requires strategic leadership, industry expertise, and strong project management skills to drive healthcare transformation initiatives and foster client relationships.
