Payer Innovation and Alliances Director

Role Overview: The position involves leading healthcare transformation initiatives within a strategic advisory context. Key Responsibilities: Develop, sell, and deliver technology-enabled healthcare strategies and transformation services.Lead high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics domains.Demonstrate expertise in payer, provider, or PBM operations and serve as a subject matter expert on transformation projects.Support business development through relationship building and project proposals.Ensure quality delivery through project management, budgeting, and issue resolution.Contribute to thought leadership and service offerings. Qualifications & Skills: At least eight years of consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry, with knowledge of healthcare reform, value-based care, and operational efficiency.Master’s degree from an accredited institution.Proven success in leading large, complex transformation projects with stakeholder engagement and regulatory understanding.Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel extensively.Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
