Director, Payer Innovation and Alliances

Role Overview: The position involves leading healthcare transformation initiatives within a consulting environment, focusing on developing, selling, and delivering technology-enabled strategies for payers. Key Responsibilities Lead high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics disciplines.Demonstrate expertise in payer, provider, or PBM operations and serve as a subject matter professional.Support business development through client relationship building and project proposals.Manage project delivery, budgets, and issue resolution to ensure quality outcomes.Contribute to thought leadership and service offerings in healthcare transformation. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of eight years of consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry, with a solid understanding of healthcare reform, value-based care, and operational efficiency.Master’s degree from an accredited institution.Experience managing large transformation projects, stakeholder engagement, regulatory issues, and identifying business opportunities.Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel extensively and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
