Full-Time - Payer Innovation and Alliances Director

Role Overview: The position involves leading healthcare transformation initiatives within a dynamic advisory practice. Responsibilities: Develop, sell, and deliver technology-enabled healthcare strategies and services.Lead high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics disciplines.Apply expertise in payer, provider, or PBM operations to guide transformation projects.Support business development through relationship building and proposal development.Ensure quality delivery via project management, budgeting, and issue resolution.Contribute to thought leadership and service offerings development. Qualifications & Skills: At least eight years of consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry.Masters degree from an accredited institution.Proven experience managing large transformation projects, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.Strong understanding of healthcare reform, value-based care, medical management, and regulatory issues.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel extensively.Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
