Full-Time - Payer Innovation and Alliances Director

Role Overview

This position involves leading healthcare transformation initiatives within a consulting environment. The Director will develop, sell, and deliver technology-enabled strategies to modernize payer operations, oversee high-performing cross-functional teams, and demonstrate deep expertise in payer, provider, or PBM industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive development and delivery of healthcare strategy and transformation services
• Lead teams across process, technology, and analytics disciplines
• Apply strong industry knowledge to project execution and client advisory
• Support business growth through relationship building and proposal development
• Ensure quality and performance via project management, budgeting, and issue resolution
• Contribute to thought leadership and service offerings

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of eight years' consulting or executive experience in health payer industry
• Advanced degree from an accredited institution
• Proven success managing large transformation projects, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory complexities
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
