Full Time Fitting Room Specialist
Responsibilities
- Affirms customers receive world-class customer service and attention in the fitting rooms.
- Answers all incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant disposition.
- Knowledgeable and courteous while assisting customers and transferring calls to appropriate associates or areas for further assistance.
- Aids in general office duties such as mail service, sorting, and delivering mail, and assists other office positions as needed.
- Creates daily pocket schedules and makes signs for all shops.
- Supports various projects for members of the Leadership team as needed.
- Develops product knowledge and collaborates with sales associates to help achieve daily selling goals.
- Monitors and checks customers in and out of rooms, while monitoring the amount of merchandise the customer has in the fitting room.
- Prepares merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor.
- Knowledgeable to answer questions regarding location, price, and use of merchandise.
- Contributes to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promotes personal growth.
- Demonstrates strong organization, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and problem-solving skills.
- Displays professionalism in appearance and attitude, contributes to a positive team atmosphere, and treats others with respect and consideration while following Scheels' policies and procedures.
- Communicates effectively in both written and verbal forms.
- Completes basic mathematical equations.
- Promotes the Scheels Visa Rewards card and clearly explains all benefits.

- Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma, or general education degree (GED); 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay
Minimum Starting wage is $15/Hour
Schedule
Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9a.m. and 9p.m., Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. and 6p.m., Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, must be available minimum of two weekends a month. Average hours per week is 20 hours.
