Fitting Room Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive world-class service in fitting rooms
• Answer incoming calls professionally and assist customers
• Assist with general office duties such as mail service and sign creation
• Create daily pocket schedules and prepare merchandise for returns
• Participate in various projects for leadership teams
• Develop product knowledge and collaborate with sales associates
• Monitor and manage merchandise quantities in fitting rooms
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and promote personal growth
• Adhere to Scheels' policies and procedures

Requirements

• Customer service experience and genuineness
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Basic math, grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
• Knowledge of fashion trends and product knowledge
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 months of related experience or training

Physical Requirements

• Sit, stand, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly
• Medium work level
• Follow safety procedures and minimize injury risk
