Fitting Room Specialist
Responsibilities
- Affirms customers receive world-class customer service and attention in fitting rooms.
- Answers incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant manner.
- Knowledgeable and courteous while assisting customers and transferring calls.
- Assists in general office duties such as mail service, sorting, and delivering mail.
- Makes daily pocket schedules and signs for all shops.
- Supports various projects for leadership team members.
- Develops product knowledge and collaborates with sales associates to achieve daily selling goals.
- Monitors merchandise amounts in fitting rooms and prepares it for return to the selling floor.
- Answers questions about merchandise usage and location.
- Ensures a positive work environment fostering pride in being part of a winning team and promoting personal growth.
- Demonstrates strong organizational, attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Behaves professionally in appearance and attitude, contributing to a positive team atmosphere and treating others with respect and consideration.
- Follows Scheels’ policies and procedures.
- Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Promotes the Scheels Visa Rewards card and explains its benefits.

Education & Experience
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), 1-3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
