Responsibilities
- Affirms customers receive world-class customer service and attention in fitting rooms.
- Answers all incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant manner.
- Knowledgeable and courteous while assisting customers and transferring calls to appropriate associates or areas.
- Affords general office duties such as mail service, sorting, and delivering mail to appropriate individuals/departments.
- Creates daily pocket schedules and signs for all shops.
- Supports various projects for members of the Leadership team as needed.
- Develops product knowledge and collaborates with sales associates to achieve daily selling goals.
- Monitors and checks customers in and out of rooms, ensuring proper merchandise management.
- Answers questions regarding merchandise location, price, and usage.
- Contributes to a positive work environment fostering pride in being part of a winning team and promoting personal growth.
- Demonstrates strong organizational, attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Behaves professionally in appearance and attitude, contributing to a positive team atmosphere and treating others with respect and consideration.
- Follows Scheels' policies and procedures.
- Communicates effectively through excellent written and verbal skills.
- Completes basic mathematical equations.
- Promotes the Scheels Visa Rewards card and explains its benefits.

- Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Physical Lifting: Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Education & Experience: Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Wage
Minimum starting wage is $*****/Hour.
Schedule
- Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9a.m. and 9p.m., Monday through Saturday, 10a.m. and 6p.m., Sunday.
- Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be available minimum of two weekends a month.
- Average hours per week is 20 hours.
