Responsibilities
- Affirms customers receive world-class customer service in fitting rooms.
- Answers incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant manner.
- Assists customers and transfers calls to appropriate associates or departments.
- Performs general office duties such as mail service and sign making.
- Supports various projects for leadership teams.
- Develops product knowledge and collaborates with sales associates.
- Monitors and prepares merchandise for return to the selling floor.
- Answers questions about merchandise usage and location.
- Ensures the work environment fosters a sense of pride and teamwork.
- Manages time effectively, multi-tasks, and solves problems.
- Adheres to Scheels' policies and maintains a professional appearance.
- Communicates effectively and promotes the Scheels Visa Rewards card.
Requirements

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements
- Sit, stand, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly.
- Perform tasks with minimal risk of injury.
Education & Experience
The ideal candidate has a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1-3 months of related experience or training.
