FSET & W2 Case Manager/FEP

About the role

In this role, you will assess individuals needs, providing employment counseling and referrals to support clients in achieving self-sufficiency. Your work will directly contribute to the personal and professional growth of the individuals we serve.

Key responsibilities

• Providing strength-based counseling to motivate and empower clients
• Coordinating services like job training, volunteer placements, and education
• Leading job readiness workshops and employment search sessions
• Promotes and connects FSET program services to external agencies & community partners
• Required travel to the Green Lake office at least once per week

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of two years' experience in a related field
• Be a self-starter/motivated—being the sole representative of FSC for the Wautoma location. There are other organizations within the building but you would be the sole case manager with FSC.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to helping others succeed

Pay & benefits

• Competitive starting wage: $24.56/hr
• $1 more an hour after training is completed
