The W2 Case Manager/FEP position is located in Portage, WI and focuses on inspiring hope for program clients, building on their strengths, and supporting them toward achieving their dreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage individual caseloads using a family‑based, holistic approach.
• Determine eligibility for W‑2 and related programs in accordance with program policies.
• Coordinate with community partners through the CARE Network to connect clients with services such as education, training, assessment, volunteerism, and employment.
• Promote the Transition to Success (TTS) model.
• Support FSC’s mission through effective communication and exceptional client support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

Pay

Competitive starting wage of $24.56 per hour, with a $1 per hour increase upon successful completion of training.
