W-2 Case Manager/FEP

In this role, you will help inspire hope for our program clients and work with them to build upon their strengths toward reaching their dreams. Responsibilities include eligibility determination, benefit issuance, case management, and community collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manages individual caseloads using a family-based, holistic approach
• Determines eligibility for W-2 and related programs in accordance with program policies
• Coordinates with community partners through the CARE Network to connect clients with services, including education, training, assessment, volunteerism, and employment

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to helping others succeed
