Position Overview

- Manages individual caseloads using a family-based, holistic approach.
- Determines eligibility for W-2 and related programs in accordance with program policies.
- Collaborates with community partners through the CARE Network to connect clients with services, including education, training, assessment, volunteerism, and employment.
