Responsibilities
As an FSET Case Manager, you'll serve as a coach, advocate, and resource connector for individuals seeking employment and self-sufficiency. You'll build meaningful relationships with participants while helping them navigate challenges and achieve personal and professional goals.
- Provide strengths-based coaching and support that empowers individuals to succeed
- Assess participant needs and develop personalized employment plans
- Connect clients with job training, education, volunteer opportunities, and community resources
- Facilitate engaging job readiness workshops and employment search activities
- Monitor progress, celebrate milestones, and help participants stay motivated along the way
- Make a meaningful impact in your community—one success story at a time
Qualifications
We're seeking someone who combines strong organizational skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two or more years of experience in case management, workforce development, social services, employment services, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with diverse populations
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to participant success
