FSET Case Manager

About the role

In this role, you will assess individuals' needs, providing employment counseling and referrals to support clients in achieving self-sufficiency. Your work will directly contribute to the personal and professional growth of the individuals we serve.

• Providing strength-based counseling to motivate and empower clients
• Coordinating services like job training, volunteer placements, and education
• Leading job readiness workshops and employment search sessions
• Promoting and connecting FSET program services to external agencies and community partners
• Required travel to the Green Lake office at least once per week

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field
• Be a self-starter/motivated—being the sole representative of FSC for the Wautoma location
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to helping others succeed
