Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or coursework in Hospitality, Business, or Accounting preferred.
- Previous hotel front desk, guest service, or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience with hotel Property Management Systems an asset.
- Prior cash handling or auditing experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic accounting and mathematical skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
- Handle confidential and sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (11 kg) occasionally.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
