Front Office- Insurance Coordinator (Bilingual)
Position Overview
Community Dental Partners is seeking an Insurance Coordinator to join our friendly team. This role involves greeting patients, verifying insurance, and supporting the clinical, billing, and operations departments.
Essential Duties
- Greet patients upon arrival
- Receive and verify insurance information from the Greeter
- Update patient statuses in the computer system
- Answer routine questions about appointments, policies, insurance, and treatments
- Verify insurance and frequencies as needed
- Confirm appointments the day before and the day of
- Back up the Greeter during their absence
- Clean and maintain the front office area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Multitasking and prioritization skills
