Front Office- Insurance Coordinator

Position Overview

Community Dental Partners is seeking an Insurance Coordinator to join their team at Westlake Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics (Dr. Raymond’s Office). This role offers the opportunity to interact positively with patients and enhance their overall experience.

Essential Duties

• Greet patients upon arrival
• Receive and verify insurance information from the Greeter
• Update patient statuses in the system according to established guidelines
• Handle routine questions over the phone regarding appointments, policies, insurance, and treatments
• Review and confirm appointments, including reappointing examinations and referring other appointments to the appropriate personnel
• Clean and maintain the front office area/lobby
• Support the Greeter during their absence
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Multitasking and prioritization skills
• Dependability and teamwork
