About the role

Retro Fitness is seeking a seasoned leader to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multi-unit leadership, sales, and coaching within the fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze Franchisee P&Ls to identify cost control areas and improve performance
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance membership growth, retail dollars, and overall financial performance
• Ensure franchisee compliance with brand standards through regular audits, operations evaluations, and training programs
• Provide guidance and support to franchisees and their teams to maintain high standards of service and quality
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a multi-unit leadership role, preferably in fitness, health, or wellness
• 3-5 years of experience as a sales leader, trainer, and coach
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with franchisees and their teams
• Comfortable with frequent travel (80-90%)

• Proven ability to positively impact membership growth and financial performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate brand standards and priorities effectively
• Knowledgeable in interviewing, hiring, and firing best practices
