- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, FP&A, or cost accounting
- Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis skills
- Experience with: Cost accounting, Variance analysis, Margin reporting, Supply chain or logistics finance, Financial modeling
- Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities
- Operational mindset with the ability to connect financial performance to business performance
