About the role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our expanding sales team. This is a high-impact position that requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Possess a proven track record of establishing successful business relationships with technology or healthcare buyers
- Execute outbound prospecting activities, including emailing, attending conferences, and social media engagement, to generate new leads and set up meetings for the sales team
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet the company's ideal customer profile, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers, understanding their needs and pain points to tailor our solutions accordingly
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute effective strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and provide insights for strategic planning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities, prospects, and opportunities in Salesforce
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth, to ensure targets are met or exceeded
Requirements
- 2 or more years of sales or business development experience, ideally with some exposure to enterprise buyers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce, and outbound tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Qualifications
- Understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly insurance, revenue cycle, or benefits verification
- Prior experience at an early stage or high growth technology company
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay
$95–110k base / $140–155k OTE
