Founding GTM
Narrative, Positioning, and Brand
You will own the narrative, positioning, and brand of Contrario. This includes strategy around Arya's LinkedIn and X presence, defining messaging hierarchy, and crafting copy that lives on our website.
Growth Programs and Lifecycle
You will build the referral programs on both sides of the marketplace — for recruiters and customers — and own reactivation and win-back campaigns. You will also run lifecycle marketing end-to-end, including recruiter and customer nurture, activation, and re-engagement.
Outbound and Demand Generation
You will own the messaging strategy behind our outbound efforts, including angles and sequence copy for recruiter and customer acquisition, targeting logic, and campaign iteration. You will run paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google and own the performance metrics.
Launches and Events
You will own how major moments (product launches, fundraises, PR moments) land across multiple channels. You will coordinate cross-channel efforts, craft copy, direct creative, and manage timing. You will also lead our events strategy, including SaaStr, TechWeek, recruiter dinners, and conference follow-ups.
