Food Safety & Quality Control Technician - Food Manufacturing

Role: Quality Technician supporting manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Perform inspections and laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.Maintain accurate records of tests and inspections.Utilize SPC tools to analyze data and identify quality trends.Assist in identifying root causes of quality issues.Collaborate with production teams to support GMP, HACCP, and food safety compliance.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a safety-focused environment. Qualifications & Skills Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Knowledge of quality control processes and laboratory testing.Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency with SPC tools and data analysis.
