About the role

Full-time Physician in a collaborative primary care practice, caring for patients across the lifespan, including pediatrics and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform preventive care, wellness visits, and age-appropriate screenings.
• Deliver continuous care supporting both individual and family health across all ages.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Utilize electronic health records, telehealth, and patient portals to improve access and efficiency.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice development.
• Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment plans.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with completed internship and residency.
• Active medical license in NYS.
• Board certification or eligible in an ABMS Member Board or AOA specialty.
• Commitment to building long-term patient relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes.
