About the Role

A full-time Physician in a primary care practice, providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including pediatrics and adults.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform preventive care and screenings
• Deliver continuity of care across the lifespan
• Collaborate with healthcare team
• Utilize electronic health records and telehealth tools
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• Completed accredited internship and residency
• Active New York State medical license
• Board certification by an ABMS Member Board or AOA specialty board (new graduates eligible if board-eligible)
