About the Role
A full-time Physician position in a collaborative primary care practice serving patients of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care, including diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform preventive care, wellness visits, and screenings across all life stages.
- Deliver continuity of care, supporting individual and family health needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Utilize electronic health records, telehealth, and patient portals to improve access and efficiency.
- Participate in quality improvement and practice development initiatives.
- Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
Qualifications & Skills
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with completion of an accredited internship and residency.
- Active medical license in NYS.
- Board certification by an ABMS Member Board or AOA specialty board; board eligibility considered for new graduates.
- Interest in long-term patient relationships and team-based care.
