About the role
Full-time Physician in a collaborative primary care practice, providing comprehensive healthcare for patients of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Deliver primary care services, including diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform preventive care, wellness visits, and age-appropriate screenings.
- Provide continuity of care across all life stages for individuals and families.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Utilize electronic health records, telehealth, and patient portals to improve access and efficiency.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice development.
- Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
Qualifications & Skills
- MD or DO degree, with completion of internship and residency.
- Active medical license in NYS.
- Board certification or eligibility by an ABMS or AOA specialty board.
- Interest in caring for patients across the lifespan, with a team-oriented approach.
