About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Physician to join a collaborative primary care team providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages. This role emphasizes building long-term patient relationships, delivering high-quality outcomes, and working within a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform preventive care and screenings
• Support continuity of care across life stages
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Utilize electronic health records and telehealth tools
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention

Requirements

• MD or DO with completion of accredited internship and residency
• Active NYS medical license
• Board certification by an ABMS Member Board or AOA specialty board

Recent graduates with eligible status are also considered.
