About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Physician to join a collaborative primary care team providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages. This role emphasizes building long-term patient relationships, delivering high-quality outcomes, and working within a team-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform preventive care and screenings
- Support continuity of care across life stages
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Utilize electronic health records and telehealth tools
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention
Requirements
- MD or DO with completion of accredited internship and residency
- Active NYS medical license
- Board certification by an ABMS Member Board or AOA specialty board
Recent graduates with eligible status are also considered.
