Facilities Supervisor - BSA2

About the role

The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of all company facilities. They ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and make necessary repairs. Additionally, they manage the cleaning staff and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of facilities including maintenance, cleaning, and security.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order and make necessary repairs.
• Manage and train cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity within a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
