Facilities Supervisor

About the role

In this role, you will manage the design, planning, construction, and ongoing maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. You will oversee facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective environments, while leading teams, managing resources, and supporting business needs through strategic facility planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities
• Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates for equipment, labor, materials, and related costs
• Designs and develops organizational policies relevant to the facilities department
• Oversees coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facilities expansion
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient and effective operation of the function
• Ensures corrective and preventative maintenance occur in a timely fashion and that work orders are recorded in CMMC
• Captures and coordinates contractors to complete projects and tasks as necessary

Requirements

• High School Diploma and 1+ year of Facilities experience

Qualifications

• Nice to Have: Management of financial and material resources, Critical thinking, Project management, Management of personnel resources, Collaboration and productivity software, Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems

Skills

• High School Diploma and 1+ year of Facilities experience

This role is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

Pay

$74,400.00 - $111,600.00
