Facilities Project Manager

The Operations Project Manager will work closely with members of the Operations Management, Infrastructure Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Project Controls, and Procurement departments to complete projects and maintain operations during production. This role involves supervising all on-site operations construction, including scheduling of trade contractors, vendor tool installations, resolving day-to-day construction issues, performing daily inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, and tracking project schedules and budgets.

• Successfully deliver, design-build, and self-perform construction projects
• Support and lead in-house labor and competing priorities
• Ensure on-time, or ahead-of-time delivery of operations projects, enabling teams to solve problems and prioritize execution
• Promote a safe and quality-driven culture, both project-wide and company-wide
• Employ efficient and effective communication methods to escalate roadblocks or communicate successes as necessary, including the ability to clearly communicate risks
• Employ a can-do attitude, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and aligned to the project's goals
• Provide the best product for your respective project's customer or end-users, keeping projects moving forward and fixing concerns as they arise

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience on large commercial or industrial construction projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills are a must
• Advanced knowledge and proven delivery on Civil, Structural, and Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, life safety, and controls scopes
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Construction Cost/Data Analysis
• Willingness to get your hands dirty as needed to complete objectives and lead your team through challenging projects
• Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals
