Experienced Production Operations Specialist (SPAM) 2nd Shift- Millennium Space Systems

Position Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures.
• Improves production efficiency.
• Optimizes product quality.
• Maintains project timelines.
• Validates technical solutions.
• Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies.
• Develops solutions to reduce/mitigate.
• Conducts staffing and cost analyses.
• Prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation.
• Represents manufacturing on production related issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building propulsion and mechanical systems.
• 1+ years of experience leading teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the aerospace industry.
• Proficiency with PC applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Demonstrated ability to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data to make informed decisions (e.g., SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.).

Security Clearance

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
