Experienced Production Operations Specialist (Environmental Testing) 2nd Shift – Millennium Space Systems

Position Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures.
• Improves production efficiency and optimizes product quality.
• Maintains production schedules.
• Maintains and coordinates staffing and cost analyses.
• Represents manufacturing on production related issues.
• Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate.
• Captures and analyzes data to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• More than 1 year of experience leading teams.
• More than 1 year of experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience in the aerospace industry preferred.
• Hands on experience with Component level testing (Vibe, Shock, Thermal Cycling, functional testing, etc.).
