Experienced Production Operations Specialist (Electro-Mechanical) Second Shift – Millennium Space Systems

Position Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures.
• Improves production efficiency and optimizes product quality.
• Maintains production schedules.
• Makes staffing and cost analyses.
• Represents manufacturing on production related issues.
• Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate.
• Captures, analyzes, and interprets data to make informed decisions.

Basic Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• More than 1 year of experience operating specialized equipment such as Electrodynamic shakers (vibration table), Thermal Vacuum Chambers and/or Thermal Cycling Cambers.
• More than 1 year of experience leading teams.
• More than 1 year of experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Experience in the aerospace industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• More than 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience aggregating, visualizing, and analyzing data to make informed decisions (i.e. SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.).

Shift

This position is for 2nd shift. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
