About the role
We are seeking an Integration Lead to be responsible for managing the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of application interfaces, data flows, and systems, often specializing in APIs, M&A IT, or enterprise platforms. They act as a key liaison between teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment, maintaining project timelines, and validating technical solutions.
This position is a level 3 role, expected to be 100% onsite at one of the listed location options. The selected candidate will be required to work 2nd shift and must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, for which U.S. Citizenship is required. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance post-start is required.
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product quality.
- Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs.
- Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate.
- Conducts staffing and cost analyses.
- Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation.
- Represents manufacturing on production-related issues.
- Establishes and maintains production schedules.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building Propulsion and Mechanical systems.
- 1+ years of experience leading teams.
- Experience working with various manufacturing execution systems.
- U.S. Citizenship (required for security clearance).
Qualifications
- Experience in the aerospace industry (preferred).
- Proficiency with PC Applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data to make informed decisions (e.g., SQL, Excel, PowerBI).

Pay
Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range for Level 3: $80,000 - $143,000.
