Responsibilities
- Manage a sales team and mentor new hires
- Lead pilot projects and initiatives
- Gain exposure to all areas of the dealership including sales desk, inventory, finance, service, BDC, and team leadership
- Receive real-time feedback and support from General Management
- Stay on the floor while learning and growing behind the scenes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven Honda sales success
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar CRM/DMS
- Track record of high CSI, strong customer follow-up, and deal consistency
- Natural leadership qualities
- Student of the business, eager to learn fixed ops, desking, team development, and process management
- Self-motivated and highly coachable with a team-first mentality
