About the role

As a Sales Consultant at Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos, you play a crucial role in helping the dealership achieve its maximum profit potential. You will actively respond to sales inquiries, communicate effectively with guests, and assist them in selecting a new or used vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Actively respond to sales inquiries to help ensure the dealership achieves its maximum profit potential
• Communicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-person)
• Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available
• Aid guests in selecting a new/used vehicle
• Understand and accommodate the needs of each guest to bring them in for proper vehicle demonstration and transaction
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day

Requirements

• Full-time availability
• At least 18 years old
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Proven track record of Sales experience
• Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves staff and guests
• A professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work efficiently in both a team-based and independent settings
