About the role

We are seeking an experienced handyman with 10+ years of hands‑on home repair experience. You will work year‑round on a variety of carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, light plumbing, light electrical, and general remodeling projects. The company provides a steady flow of jobs, a company van with a fuel card, and handles all customer scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, doors and trim work.
• Install and repair flooring and tile.
• Repair decks and fences.
• Handle light plumbing and light electrical tasks.
• Complete remodeling and general home repair projects.
• Assess problems on site and determine the appropriate solution.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and keep explanations simple.
• Maintain a clean work area and leave the home tidy after each job.
• Show up on time, work independently, and follow the schedule provided by the company.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands‑on handyman or home‑repair experience.
• Own basic tools and take pride in quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with homeowners.
• Must reside in Northern Virginia.
