• Actual, annual compensation per Skill Level: Master Craftsman - Level 5: $140,000 - $250,000 Professional Craftsman - Level 4: $100,000 - $140,000 Craftsman - Level 3: $80,000 - $120,000 Apprentice - $45,000 - $80,000
