You have 10+ years of hands‑on experience building, fixing, and remodeling homes, and you can troubleshoot problems without instructions. You’ll work year‑round, Monday‑Friday, with a steady flow of jobs handled by the company.

Requirements
- 10+ years of hands‑on handyman or home‑repair experience
- Own basic tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Good communication skills and ability to talk with homeowners
- Reliability: shows up on time, works without supervision, treats customers’ homes with respect, cleans up after work
- Residence in Northern Virginia
