This role offers steady, year-round work with a variety of residential repair and improvement projects—no repetitive production or new-home construction.

Responsibilities

• Finish Carpentry & Trim Installation
• Drywall Repair & Interior Painting
• Door & Window Repair or Replacement
• Light Plumbing Repairs
• Light Electrical Repairs
• Flooring & Tile Repairs
• Deck, Fence & Exterior Repairs
• General Home Maintenance & Small Remodeling Projects

Requirements

• 20 or more years of hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, or residential repairs
• Comfortable working across several trades, especially carpentry
• Ability to troubleshoot problems without constant supervision
• Pride in clean, professional workmanship
• Strong communication skills and respect for homeowners
• Reliable attendance and commitment to keeping promises
• Valid driver’s license
• Own a solid set of professional hand tools

Pay

$25–$45+ per hour, based on experience.
