Esthetician Winter '26 - '27

About the Role

Yellowstone Club’s Health & Wellness department is seeking an Esthetician for the upcoming Winter season (November - April). The Esthetician provides professional facial treatments, hair removal, and cosmetic application for cosmetic and therapeutic purposes, as well as recommends individualized skin care regimens for Members and guests of Yellowstone Club.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service, including greeting and acknowledging every member and guest, maintaining service standards, and ensuring all transactions are handled legally and ethically.
• Uphold property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure environment for employees, members, and guests.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all employees to foster a positive working environment.
• Perform facials, body treatments, and skin care therapies, including light massage on neck, face, décolleté, feet, and hands.
• Assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate therapies based on the member’s current health.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of treatments, services, and products, as well as industry trends and developments.
• Prepare and maintain treatment area supplies daily, ensuring privacy for each member and guest.
• Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as directed by law and spa policies.
• Recommend retail products for at-home usage and ensure members and guests feel welcome during appointments.
• Maintain spa appearance, cleanliness, and stock treatment rooms according to standard operating procedures.
• Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
• Perform duties in a timely, efficient, and professional manner in accordance with Club policies.
• Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality, and consistency standards.
• Maintain a positive, respectful attitude and professional appearance at all times.
• Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and management.
• Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to members and guests.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with potential for long hours due to business demands.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in esthetician services.
• Previous work experience in customer service.
• Valid Montana Esthetician License.
• Valid State Driver’s License.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
• Ability to speak and write clearly and effectively.
• Basic math calculation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and know when to seek managerial assistance.

Physical Demands

• Constantly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Constantly use vision to assess accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work.
• May be required to work outside in extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, snow, or inclement weather.

Schedule
