About the role

The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for Members and guests, ensuring outstanding service and assistance with their visit. This seasonal position runs from November to April (Winter 2026–2027).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest service, including greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest while maintaining high service standards and product knowledge.
  • Guarantee total guest satisfaction by displaying hospitality, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all interactions.
  • Apply property safety and security procedures to ensure a secure environment for employees, Members, and guests.
  • Initiate interactions with Members, guests, and prospective Members to provide information and meet expectations efficiently.
  • Provide accurate and timely details about Club services, events, and local activities.
  • Facilitate dining, transportation, and activity reservations both on and off property.
  • Create itineraries for Members, guests, and prospective Members during their stay.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill Member and guest requests.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and delivery of mail, express items, facsimiles, and messages.
  • Enter charges for services rendered and manage client profiles using a club and resort management system.
  • Respond to inquiries via telephone, facsimile, email, and mail.
  • Maintain a positive, respectful attitude and professional appearance at all times.
  • Uphold Member privacy and adhere to Club policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with potential for long shifts due to business demands.
  • Support the Director of Member Services and Events team as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid state driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations and solve problems independently or with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a large club, resort, or private club.
  • Advanced interpersonal and analytical skills.

Work Environment

  • Primarily indoors in a climate-controlled setting, with occasional outdoor work in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind, snow).

Physical Demands

  • Frequent standing, walking, talking, and hearing.
  • Constant use of hands and fingers for handling, organizing, or lifting items.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Constant visual attention to detail, accuracy, and hazard recognition.

Pay

Starting at $20.50/hour plus service charges.
