About the role

Yellowstone Club's Member Services department is seeking a Concierge Supervisor for the upcoming Winter season (November 2026 – April 2027) to lead the Concierge Team in providing outstanding service, ensuring seamless daily operations, and enhancing the member experience. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, is passionate about hospitality and values team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that each member and guest receives outstanding guest service in a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service
  • Empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our guests at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our Members and guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal and ethical manner
  • Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, Members, and guests at all times
  • In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the General Manager or Human Resources immediately
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment
  • Initiate interaction with Members, guests, and prospective Members to obtain and disperse information
  • Seek most efficient manner in which to meet Member expectations
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding services, events, and greater area activities
  • Facilitate dining, transportation and activity reservations both on and off property
  • Create itineraries for Members, guests, and prospective Members during their visit
  • Interface with other departments in order to meet Member, guest, and prospective Member requests
  • Assist in shipping/receiving/delivery of mail and express items, facsimiles, and messages
  • Enter charges for services rendered and creates client profiles using a club and resort management system
  • Answer Member, guest, prospect, and interdepartmental inquiries by telephone, facsimile, email and mail
  • Assist Director of Member Services and the Events team as needed
  • Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 Season of YC Concierge experience
  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid State Driver's License
  • Competence in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments
  • Able to write clearly and legibly
  • Able to perform basic math calculations
  • Ability to solve basic problems and/or know when it is necessary to get a Director to assist in problem solving
  • Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands
  • Committed to working more than 2 seasons within the Concierge Department at YC

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a large club, resort or private club
  • Strong verbal/written communication
  • Interpersonal & analytical skills

Work Environment

Work for this position is usually performed in a climate-controlled environment. However, the employee may be required to work outside in extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, snow or inclement weather as the demands of the position so dictate.

Physical Demands

The employee is frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with hands and arms or operate a computer. The employee is frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds. The employee is constantly required to stand, walk, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job the employee is constantly required to use hands and fingers to handle, organize or lift items. The employee is constantly required to use their vision to perform an activity such as but not limited to determining the accuracy, neatness, attention to detail, and thoroughness of the work assigned, to preparing and analyzing data and figures, visually inspecting the property and/or department, and recognizing hazards and safety violations.
