Restaurant Manager Winter '26-'27

About the Role

Yellowstone Club’s Food & Beverage department is seeking a Food & Beverage Restaurant Manager for the upcoming winter season. This role assists in managing the daily operations of an assigned Yellowstone Club restaurant outlet, including employee selection, development, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining service standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge.
• Guarantee total Member satisfaction by displaying hospitality and professionalism, representing Yellowstone Club with pride, and ensuring all transactions are handled legally and ethically.
• Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure environment for team members, Members, and guests. In case of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention and notify the Assistant General Manager or Human Resources immediately.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational training/job-related coursework.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a luxury or private resort club environment.
• Three-plus years of work-related skill, knowledge, and experience.
• Proficiency in restaurant operations, including front-of-house daily operations, purchasing, sanitation and health code compliance, company policies, personnel management, staff scheduling, and training.
