About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists in delivering a high-quality dining experience in assigned restaurant outlets, including catered food and beverage offerings and special events, to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in training, coaching, and counseling all Food & Beverage employees under the assigned outlet.
• Follow established policies and practices for the Food & Beverage department.
• Provide food and customer service that meets the highest hospitality industry standards.
• Oversee staff to ensure consistency in department practices.
• Assist the Food & Beverage Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations of the outlet.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Hospitality Management.
• Food & Beverage experience in a hospitality setting.
• TIPS certified.
