About the role

The Lodgekeeper ensures the overall cleanliness of all assigned Public/Common areas in accordance with Yellowstone Club Cleaning Standards. This seasonal position runs from November to April.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service, greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Ensure total guest satisfaction, displaying hospitality and professionalism at all times.
• Maintain a secure and safe environment by applying all property safety and security procedures.
• Clean all assigned Public/Common areas, including sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, sanitizing, and shampooing.
• Assist with member laundry and resupply of on-mountain facilities accessible by ski lift or gondola.
• Conduct deep cleans of Public/Common areas as assigned.
• Maintain and inspect Membership areas, locker rooms, restrooms, departmental offices, and Employee areas according to standards.
• Operate within Lodgekeeping teams to achieve efficiency and quality in services.
• Follow assigned checklists, cleaning instructions, and deadlines.
• Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisors immediately.
• Comply with all Club policies, procedures, and OSHA chemical handling standards.
• Engage with Members and guests at a high level, addressing their needs promptly.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of Members and Club facilities.
• Perform duties in a timely, efficient, and respectful manner, adhering to productivity and attendance standards.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with potential for long hours due to business demands.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational training (or equivalent job-related coursework).
• 3 months of experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or commercial laundry settings (hospitality experience preferred but not required).
• Ability to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, and colleagues.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and travel between buildings.
• Frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds and constant use of hands, standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, or reaching.
• Valid US or International Driver’s License preferred.
